I've been having some uncomfortable cramping and cervical pain on and off all day. I am 29 weeks pregnant and would like some insight on whether I should go to the hospital to get checked or if it's nothing to worry about

Certainly not a bad idea at all to get any form of pain checked by a professional during the course of pregnancy. However many a times there is no reason to be worried about as ligament stretch is the most likely cause.Make sure your urine is checked for infection as this can also cause pain and initiate premature labour.
