Cracked nipples
I am breastfeeding continously my 6 month old. From the last week I noticed my nipples are cracked. Whenever my baby is sucking its hurting a lot. Though there is no pain on the breast itself. Please help

After the breast feeding is over, express some breast milk and apply it as such around the nipples. It will cure the cracks and 100% safe for the baby than any other ointment or oil be applied there
