CPPS or Nerve issue
I have been having ocassional pricking sensations in penis head, abdomen and other pelvic areas for about a month now. The pain lasts not more than a second. Somedays I do not have this pain but have weird sensations in the penis head. I have noticed that these pain and sensation seems to occur more if I sit a lot or while sleeping. The pain can be mild or be severe like a needle prick. Visited a GP and an urologist followed by blood test, urine tests and USG. All of them came back as normal. I have been told this may be caused by CPPS or a nerve issue. I have been reading about it online and it got me depressed as there seems to be no known cure. Also, unlike typical chronic pain associated with CPPS, I have only pricking sensations like mentioned. Urine flow and frequency is normal. If this a nerve pain caused by CPPS, please advise how do I confirm it and does this go away on its own or do I need to visit some specialist? Also, does physiotherapy work in this case?
