If i am taking any medicine like paracetamol, azithree, alegra-m, Zadanose.for upper respiratory tract infections..should i take vaccine. I don't have any allergies history behind

Current Infection is one of the contraindications for covid vaccination. You should get vaccine after treatment of current respiratory infection.
