I'm 31 year old weak immuned and underweight with body weight less than 50 kg. Heard serious critical effects like thrombic blood-clotting in brain and heart for underweight people.

You said that u are already weak immuned so better go for vaccine which has less side effect which are easily recovered and better protection to prevent serious complications from covid
