My mother (53yr age) had mild covid symptoms 3 months back for 2 days. But her D dimer at the time was raised to 920, local doctor started Tab. Rivaroxaban 10mg for 45 days. Later (15 days back ) when we visited the same doctor he found that her blood pressure is increased to 170/80 mmHg hence started her on Tab. Pantoprazole 40mg Tab. Olmesartan 20mg Tab. Asprisol 75 Tab. Duloxetin Tab. pregabalin nortryptiline After doing ECG and 2D echo which were normal according to him As i am MBBS doctor myself i intermittantly take her blood pressure at home which is most of times in range of 140 to 150 mmHG systolic She has NO other medication NO H/o thyroid disease NO H/o diabetes NO H/o previous HTN My question is whether we can procede for her covid vaccination (Sputnik) first dose tomorrow or should we wait till her BP gets to normal range. Thank you in advance.
