High CRP in this range reflects ongoing infection or inflammation.
In this pandemic situation, CRP may be a secondary evidence of covid infection if the rtpcr comes false negative.
Otherwise in Rheumatoid arthritis and other auto immune diseases, cancers, Tuberculosis CRP may be high.
But CRP can't be diagnostic in those diseases
