  4. Covid symptoms on 5th day. My 5th day.

Covid symptoms on 5th day
Hi doctor, I tested positive 4days back..today is my 5th day..I have been using Azithromycin,dolo 650, Zinc and multivitamin tablets..but still I have fever , cough,chills.please advice medication.
