Covid positive with no symptoms. This.

It started on 21-04-2021, I was suffering with throat pain and after that I have got fever as well. I have seen the doctor and start taking viral treatment under the dr.'s guidance. Meanwhile I have also given sample for covid. On 23-04-2021 I got my vivid test result which positive then I have started my treatment related to covid. From the starting to till have only feel fever once. My throat is now better and I don't have any other symptoms. As well as I have completed 13 days covid treatment with quarantine my self. Today I have given sample for CRP test and the value come like 6.3 Ug/ml. And under the conclusion mentioned positive. As per my body condition I am feeling better and I don't any symptoms. Apart from that sometimes I feel heavyness in my throat but no pain and no cough. Please advise what is the further process I should follow. Can I stop my quarantine process or I have to continue this.
