Covid positive tested again
I was diagnosed with covid 19 on September 9th. I have been isolated and asymptomatic since then. Around 22nd September I developed cold which worsened on 25th. However, I had already got tested on 24th and turned out to be positive again. My cold is better now and I feel okay. I still don't have any symptoms and am Isolated. Should I get myself tested again? As everyone is suggesting to not get tested as I don't have any other symptoms. I'm planning to complete my quarantine till 4th Oct atleast. What is the best way to move ahead? Also, should I continue with some medications? As I'm currently taking zinc, vitamins, etc.

Covid test can come false positive upto a month. So its advisable not to repeat it again. If you can isolate yourself you can for a week. Continue all multivitamins and monitor your oxygen.
