Asked for Male, 23 Years

My mother age 51 was the diabetic and normally has high b.p but after she suffered from pnemonia. after recovered from penmonia her B.P and sugar comes down to normal level. And normally her b.p level is 120/68 or 125/75 and so on. Is it normal or how does her b.p and sugar become normal after recovering from.pnemonia
