This pattern of taking medicines without medical supervision highly dangerous . You need to stop these . Plus since you are taking dexa since long u need to taper it as well.

First of all I did not get whether u took  doxy / ivermectin / dexa 3 months back or are u taking it for 3 months.... If u are taking dexa  continuosly for 3 months take an online/ offline consultation immediately as your steroid (dexa)needs to be tapered off  under clinical supervision with proper investigations. ।।।And coming to second part of your question u can take the vaccine
