Covid Anxiety
I always feel that i would have covid. I have bronchial asthma and taking inhalers for the same. I use thermometers and check my temperature both oral and underarm. Oral temperature varies from 98.3 to 98.7 and underarm temperature varies from 97.9 to 98. Do i have fever?. My oxygen saturation varies from 95 to 99 and heart rate from 70 to 100 beats per minute. I was always thinking about having covid. Kindly guide. Do i want to go for a RTPCR swab test?.

You should not stress yourself out thinking about Covid 19 Instead follow all guidelines like maintaining social distancing, wear a good quality mask in public, washing your hands and face with soap water Take steam inhalation whenever you come back from outside

Don't panic all your readings are normal.. just relax.. temperature above 99 degree is considered as fever . spo2 95 % and above is normal
