Covid 19 Issue - My Father Is Suffering From Fever 3 Days Back

My father is suffering from fever 3 days back but now he is recover but he is having dry cough when sitting and loss of appetite . He don't have desire to eat. That why he is feeling week . We took help from local doctor and he adviced Iveractin, montage injection . I just want to know what is the main issue behind this and what we need to do
