I am 55 years old. By God Grace sofor I am doing well. Only very essential things only I used to go out.
Now I got a job and need to travel here and there. Before joining the job, I want to chk my immunity power? What test to take to chi my immunity system.
Even though, precautionary covid-19 Protocols, wearing N95 Mask, social distancing and hand washing etc.

There is no specific test to immunity levels. Get CBP,CUE,RBS,Serum creatine tested.
Take all covid precautions.

Eat healthy and balanced diet.. avoid all maida products. Drink plenty of fluids, do minimal excercise, take all covid precautions like wearing proper mask, social distancing, hand sanitizing etc.. All the best
