Covaxin vs covishield vs Sputnik v

Good morning doctors I have a basic doubt that which vaccine I have to take. In my office vaccination start and I have option between these vaccine - covaxin , covishield and Sputnik v.I know all vaccines are good but I have option thats why I ask this question. I want to take Sputnik v because it's efficacy rate is 91% . So please suggest me doctor.
