You can take tab Montek LC once at night for 2 weeks for the irritation.
Next Steps
Tab Pan-D 40mg half an hour before breakfast everyday for 3 weeks as acid reflux can worsen symptoms.
Visit an ENT consultant if symptoms persist.

lifestyle modifications- timely small frequent meals instead of 3 heavy meals. Don't lie down as soon as you finish a meal, wait for 90 minutes. Avoid tea/coffee/smoking/alcohol. Some form of routine exercise is helpful.
