She is being coughing from last 3 weeks consulted several doctors but no result The disease is increasing day by day causing her more of back pain knee pain She had asthma back 3 years and today

As the patient is asthma....cause of could be acute exacerbation of asthma...back pain and knee pain could be due to osteoporosis induced by chronic corticosteroid intake...
Next Steps
treatment: levofloxacin 500 mg once a day for 5 days.... odimont fx one tb at night.... asthalin metered dose inhaler 2. puffs thrice a day... derriphylin one tb twice a day... tiova inhaler once a day......all for 5. days....
