Cough with phlegm but no runny nose
Suspected bronchitis or pneumonia. Discoloration in sputum (yellowish green). I had a prior case of left lung pneumonia last year same time. Can you suggest over the counter medication for treating this?

Over the counter medications are cannot be prescribed for treating pneumonia. It is best you show a chest physician and get yourself checked.
