Cough with phelgm
My dad is having diabetes ,,and since from 20 days he is suffering from cough with phlegm.. Still he cough everytime at day and night.. Currently his diabetes level has increased numerously leading to 450 ... So how can he get rid of cough with phlegm.

Do full blood check up like diabetes profile, LFT ,RFT ,LIPID profile including chest X Ray .
What is his previous history.
