Cough problem
I want to leave cigrate but i can't this.in this time my lungs is doing bad behave.some time my heart is rated fast,breathing fast and puff up.(i want to clean my lung please suggest me what can i do for this.)witch X-Ray is best for this problem.

Xray chest PA view.
Start chewing gum called Nicotex three times daily for 20 mins each.
Also start Tab Limcee 500 mg twice daily and just suck it slowly.
Tab Mucinac 600 in 50 ml water once daily.
Have lots of oranges and fresh juices.
Make a life style change and start running every day
