  4. Cough problem. Cleared by ear buds!

Cough problem
My child is 3month old .He sneeze and cough regularly. There is a vibration felt on his chest and back always his voice also change while crying and cries a lot. Please help how to get the cough out and how to clean the wax inside the ear. Any medicine to bring the wax up so that it can be easily cleared by ear buds

Please givw detailed birth history..like did he had abnormal cry since birth, and at what time he has increased episodes of cough m sneezing..like eve or mng or night..
