Cough no other sympons
My son age 5 years , weight 15.5kgs and height 94 cms suffering from cough today. no fever, cold etc. but he vomated once and some cough came out , plz suggest good anti cough solution for night so he can sleep in Night.

Does he boot after coughing
Is cough more at night if it’s first time or it occurs frequently
If everything is ok then give honey and ginger or tulsi 2-4 times and warm water
