  3. Cough n chest pain. Of my decease.

Taking medicine's as per prescription, completed 4 days, having relief in chest pain but cough is still continued on regular basis. As per prescription chest x-ray being done and all report are normal... I had came in your clinic twice but not got appointment.. Request a intervention and solicited for resolution of my decease. Thanks.
