Cough discharge problems
In the cold period my cough not come from nose.
In during breathing its go back in throttle and then came out by mouth through spit.
Many time feels like jam in throttle.
Please advise for cough discharge through nose .

You seem to be suffering from post nasal discharge which commonly occurs secondary to chronic rhinosinusitis. Confirmation of diagnosis can be made by diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses. Once confirmed treatment can be planned
