Cough and some burning sensation (chest)

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have been coughing when I fill like talking and when exposed to any cold environment. Sometimes I also fill body discomfort on my rib sides when I sit. This comes occassionally. Tuberculosis was negative from my passed lab test.I also fill some uncomfortable sensation on my chest.I experience dry cough.
