Cough and mild fever
I have been suffering from cough for 4 days in a row now qith mild headache. Have tried a cough syrup from cipla, didn't work. toady i feel like having fever but body temperature feels normal. took a paracetamol tablet, seems like a temperary relief.

Don't try medicines by yourself, they are not chocolates.
Don't be stupid.
Give proper history then let us prescribe you (because we have knowledge of the medicines unlike you).
Or consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
Don't try to be a doctor yourself.
Experimenting on yourself can prove to be very costly to you some day.
