I'M suffering throat problem having dry coughing since last 16. Days . Cough syrup and pain killers tablets are not effective. So please suggest something for controlling situation and relief. I never thought I would have been so long days medicine will not be effective in situations and solutions. please recommend some effective drugs which is cure my problems

You seem to be suffering from post viral cough which is a common type of dry cough syndrome after an attack of viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use dry cough syrups, strepsils like lozenges and steam inhalation for faster recovery
