Cough and Headaches
I am having coughs,sneezes, runny nose, and headache with mild fever.
Initially 2-3 days back, it was dry cough with sore throat. Not there is phlegm sometimes whenever there cough. I am on a travelling assignment and was exposed to cold nights in Delhi and Bihar with days relatively at warmer factory office. I am recommended Crocin and Grillinctus- BM by the chemist shop. Please let me know what should I take.

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection in this season. You may need to take anti cold medicines, cough syrups and steam inhalation for faster recovery
