Corpus luteum cyst

I got scanty periods since 2 months, then I tested with high prolactin and got ultrasound my endometrium was thick,I got medecine for high prolactin now I got 0.86ng/ml now I got periods with black grey clot. And visit to gynachologist she told me am having Corpus luteum cyst, can you pls tell me how to break it down?

If blood is from corpus luteum nothing to worry .. it happens after ovulation. If will go on its own . If increases then contact doctor for same
