Coronary artery bypass
55/Male. 2dEcho normal with 65% EF. Angio shows 3 blocks. 50% on LM at entrance, 90% in LAD ostial and 70% in LCX OM1. I'm asymptomatic - no palpitation, no angina, no shortness of breath. I climb 15 floors everyday without any discomfort.

Hello...Although you are asymptomatic, Ur Angio report is suggestive of LM disease with ostial LAD lesions which are prone for sudden massive heart attack/ decompensation. So CABG (Bypass surgery) without delay is appropriate line of management.
