Corona Vaccine effects

Asked for Male, 49 Years

My father has taken first dose of CovidSheild on 30 Apr 2021 which 9 days ago. He is feeling weak with the symptoms cold,mild fever and body pains. Is there anything we have to worry or take proper care. Or are these common effects of Vaccine? Do the effects show up after 7 days of time? we are really worried. Can you please help us with any suggestions
