Corneal scar
I have slight linear scar on corneal stroma .Dr prescribe lotepredanol etabonate eye drop to use.It can be healed or not.

it is not possible for you to decide whether it is a scar or infection. If you are using lotepred and its an infection , it can worsen the condition and can even be vision threatening.

If its post interstitial keratitis scar or post abrasion opacity it will slightly respond with steroid drops But if its dystrophy related ot wont respond If its hampering tour vision we need to do as oct and decide on next step
