All who takes combination pills like Mala-D have to check their Blood Pressure regularly and on any rise in blood pressure stop taking pills. Other factor if very scanty bleeding or no bleeding during period, pause it for few cycles. Any lump development in breasts, stop it immediately. How long to take varies from person to person.
