Contraceptive pills and weight loss
Recently my mate was told to try contaraceptive pills to help her lose weight. She has struggled with weight loss since giving birth. So she has been using CERELLE 75 MICROGRAME FILM COATED PILLS. i think she is being miss informed so my question is CAN THIS PILL OR ANY OTHER CONTRACEPTIVE PILL help lose weight?

No it will not help a lot....take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
