Basically I was on the depo contraception injection, I came off it in December 2016. I haven't had a period since apart from I went to the toilet not so long ago and I bled once and then it stopped about 5mins later. Is this normal??

Hello..... If there is blood in urine it's not normal.. After removal of depot contraception it's takes three to six months for normal menstrual cycle to return... See if blood is from vagina mixed in urine or something else.. Consult gynaecologist in nearest hospital... Doctor will do the needful.
