Continuously I m suffering form pimples.
Last 2 years I m continuously getting pimples on my face. And it is to much painful, once some waste material come out then it will leave marks. Please tell me

Please do it squeeze the pimples as they can leave scars which could be permanent. Please visit a dermatologist so as to rule out underlying issues like PCOS and specific treatment for acne.
