Continuous vomiting and weaknesses

Asked for Female, 5 Years

For the last 4 days, she is suffering from continuous vomiting (Indigestion) due to that losing fluid which causes weakness. kindly suggest proper medicine to be followed. we stopped hard food and provided liquids but no use.
