You wife needs to get urine routine microscopy and urine culture sensitivity and start pregnancy safe broad spectrum antibiotics to treat any uti. Also she needs usg abdomen, pelvis, postvoid residual urine to rule out other causes of such symptoms like a ureteric calculus.
