Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga..... Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. Hello there, as u feel thirsty n tired . n sweat a lot get yr Thyroid hormones check n also get yr Fasting blood n post lunch sugar done.Also get yr blood pressure check.if all these tests r normal then it could be due to migrain
