U have tb spine and if u r getting tingling and numbness that means ur nerves are getting affected.  With medicine the disease will be controlled and so gradually ur numbness.  Hope so vitamin b complex is also in ir medicine prescription. Keep an eye over ur numbness and see its not increasing.  And u do next mri afyer two months of ur medication to see the effect of medication on the disease which is more obvious on mri after two months. Keep a regular follow up with ur orthopaedic consultant.
