Yellowish in colour, chest pain, back pain, if drink water getting vomited kindly suggest what to do

Take Tab. Ondem MD 4mg mouth dissolving tab thrice a day.  Also take Cap. Omez DSR one tab stat. if vomiting doesn't stop, you will need admission to the hospital.
