Hi
You seem to be having seborrhoeic dermatitis. This is a common recurring skin condition usually worse in winter. This can also lead to increase in hair shedding and also trigger male pattern hair loss.
Treatments such as tar based shampoo as well as leave on lotion work better than regular anti dandruff shampoo. There are also some oral tablets that help.
Hand held NBUVB combs help arrest inflammation and reduce the scaling. Please contact a dermatologist who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate skin care products and treatments
