Hello doctor,
My mother have consulated doctor last week on 28/10/2016 and post that for 2 days my cold was under control and again she got sivere cold we visited hospital almost thrice and she has more cough.
The medicines which she is taking =
1.PHENSEDYL
2.PHENIRAMINE 25MG
3.ZINTHROCIN 250
Still she is having cough very often kindly help me.

This appears to be post viral syndrome....cough may last for 2 weeks...take cough syp..anti histamine..gargle and steam

Don't worry she is on right treatment. It is normal for cough to last for upto a week. Try Syp. Piriton CS instead of Phensedyl as it might make your mother too drowsy especially if taken together with Pheniramine.
