I'm an intern who might have come in contact with a covid positive patient for around 5 minutes. I was wearing a N95 mask. What should I do now?

Ideally contact with a positive patient for more than 15 mins is of concern.  However,  to be on safe side, do steam inhalation and hot water gargle. Also, watch out for any symptoms for the next 4-7 days. If you need more help feel free to connect with me directly.
