You are just 20 yrs old student dependent on parent for everything ,you just go yearly Bausch & Lomb contact lens hardly costing around 11-12hundred RS,what doctor has told you is marketing gimmick, don't get trapped, oxygen exchange is same in all contact lens & material is also same, just you have to pay attention to cleaning your hands with any contact lens either daily, monthly & yearly use contact lens. but being experienced ophthmologist I never advise contact lens to boys because it requires lots of time before using & boys are always in hurry. I have seen very serious complications in boys due to not following proper procedure but in girl I have not seen because they follow proper procedure to look beautiful so my sincere advice to you as a father ,continue with glasses &concentrate on your study, with regards Dr Arjun Kumar Singh Patna.

Continue yearly lenses with these care points- 1) Do not wear more than 8hrs per day 2) Do not sleep with CL on. 3) use preservative free drops like optive 2-3 times per day 4) follow proper CL HYGIENE. ALSO WASH THE CL CASE EVERY WK. Thanks
