Consumption of many tablets at once

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I had 20 paracetamol and some other 30 random tablets mixed them all with water one night. i thought I would die but I had vomited once after 4 hours of consumption.the next complete day I had not had any food and was on bed all time and Wud have vomited once that day.my urine was in brown colour for next 1 week. This had happened 2 year ago..will it cause any harm to me further..
