Dont know about this book. Ayurveda classical texts Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, Ashtanga Hridaya explains about wanted progeny according to the wish of couples including gender. Result are surely seen if done exactly according to the reference. Method includes diet, daily routine, treatment schedules for both husband and wife.
