Hi, I am looking for right consultation for diet that can be planned for me for weight management. I am a vegetarian and eat meat rarely. I have basic abdomen fat and side fat, as well fats around neck. I cook on my own and I have night working shift from 7pm to 4am. As my BMI shows I'm slightly overweight, I want to control it before I fall under obese. As being overweight I have started feeling the decline in stamina and heartrate. I wish to workout however due to my new job timing I am unsure to fit the schedule. My required sleeping hour is 7hours. Please suggest me the right food plan that can also help me burn the fats thats been stored.
