Hi doctor, i had a habit of masturbating. Now during my sexual inter course with my girlfriend, the first time i'm totally satisfied. The second time when i try, it's takes a very long time to come. At times, i have to stop because i can't come. Even at times when i come the sperm count is very low. I've over come the habit of masturbation a lil bit.
